The results? The 4 g of oral Liposomal Vitamin C supplementation produced greater circulating concentrations of Vitamin C than standard oral Vitamin C, but less than intravenous Vitamin C. Additionally, oral Liposomal Vitamin C supplementation provided a similar degree of protection from ischemia-reperfusion injury as standard oral Vitamin C and intravenous Vitamin C.

Furthermore, oral Liposomal Vitamin C promotes greater bio availability than standard oral Vitamin C while avoiding the common side effect of gastrointestinal distress. Simultaneously, oral Liposomal Vitamin C doesn’t have the same disadvantages as intravenous Vitamin C, such as high cost, availability, and convenience.
